General Method of Operation for our Waterproofing work:
We meet on-site for a thorough inspection of the problem area(s) and provide an official quotation in a timely manner. If the quote is accepted, we then decide on a suitable starting date.
All roofs (except asbestos roofs) requiring a complete liquid rubberized coat will be pressure cleaned with our petrol-powered high-pressure cleaner.
We then apply one coat of sealer/primer to the entire roof area and when that is dry, (about a day) we apply 2 – 3 coats of our eco-friendly rubberized waterproofing paint. We also apply a fiber membrane over parapet wall flashings and roof ridges, if necessary.
Our rubberized roof paint can be sprayed on or brushed on, depending on the size of the project and the client’s requirements.
